• Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be settled prior to the event date as per the agreed schedule.
• Payment Policy: 50% payment for catering confirmation, setup, and any additional services is required to be implemented at least one day before the event. Payment is accepted in all modes and is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• JJ Comfort Inn respects your privacy & assures that your personal information collected during your registration on our site, placing any orders, or reviewing/rating us, shall be kept confidential and will be used only for the purpose of conducting business with you or to analyze & compile site usage patterns to enhance services to its guests or if required to be disclosed as per the law.
• Event Duration: The standard rental period is 5 hours. Additional charges may apply for events exceeding this time.
• Damage and Liability: The client is responsible for any damages to the property or equipment during the event. Any damages incurred will be billed accordingly.
• Guest Count: Final guest count must be provided at least one day before the event. Changes to the number of guests after this deadline may incur additional fees.
• JJ Comfort Inn reserves its right to amend its Privacy Policy from time to time.
• All brands, logos, and trademarks appearing on this website, except where otherwise noted, are the properties owned by JJ Comfort Inn. The use of these properties or the content on the site, except as provided in the terms & conditions herein or in the site content, is strictly prohibited. You shall not modify the content of this website or reproduce, display, distribute, or otherwise use the properties or the content on this site for any public or commercial purpose without express written permission from JJ Comfort Inn.
